A new pathway to help women seek positive change and reach a feeling of personal wellbeing - both inside and out - is now open in Norfolk.

We know that feeling good about ourselves on the inside helps us feel great – but that’s easy to say.

When you feel overwhelmed and as if you’ve been tired for years, when family life is relentless and you simply don’t have time for yourself, when you feel worried or anxious, fed up inside and can’t actually face looking in the mirror, it can seem almost impossible to feel – let alone look – good.

With more than 30 years’ image consultancy experience, helping women feel fabulous with a wardrobe revamp, hair they love, a good skincare and make up routine and some confidence boosting tips, she knows looking great comes from within.

“I have spent years listening to women and helping problem solve while looking at fresh styles with them. They come and want to change their style but it’s also often about looking at what’s going on in their life and working with that too,” says Chrissi.

She has taken image consultancy to a whole new holistic level and while advising on colours and styles is still part of her role, as a hypnotherapy counsellor she can help with so much more.

She understands the things that are important to women. Whether it’s the hot sweats, brain fog and invisible feelings of menopause, therapy for stopping smoking or help with anxiety, self-esteem, sporting performance, weight management or many other worries, Chrissi can help.

Chrissy says working with women on more than just their outer appearance is incredible.

“It’s about being at peace with yourself and not holding yourself back in your life. We work together on all of this,” she says.

“I find it incredibly rewarding to see the positive and beneficial changes in people. It’s making the changes in their lives that they just need help to do."

Clients have an initial consultation to explain, if they can, what’s troubling them, what they would like to change and what that change would mean to their life. They may want to improve self-confidence, boost self-esteem, deal with anxiety, manage stress, weight, phobias, insomnia, trauma, or get support with illness, relaxation or the menopause.

She uses a combination of bespoke hypnosis with counselling therapy tailored to the individual plus, if appropriate, an image consultancy involving colour analysis, shape styling, shopping skills and wardrobe management.

It can mean some very honest conversations and Chrissi is seeing great success helping women seeking positive change for issues troubling them, or holding them back in life.

Based in Norfolk, she is helping with positive changes for women going through the menopause, helping them juggle a busy family life which may include teenagers, work, illness and ageing relatives – and helping those diagnosed with life-changing conditions too. Women from all walks of life can achieve the changes they seek in a supportive, safe and personalised way.
