Three Norfolk boozers have been named winners in a prestigious pub competition.

The West Norfolk Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) has announced its 2023 winners in the Branch Pub and Club of the Year categories.

The Angel Inn at Larling is this year’s West Norfolk Branch Pub of the Year.

A previous winner of this title, the Angel serves a range of real ales and a real cider and hosts a number of events including a beer festival in August.

The Live and Let Live in King’s Lynn is the Branch Cider Pub of the Year winner.

The Branch Club of the Year winner is Ferry Lane Social Club in King’s Lynn.

The river-view pub provides a range of real ales, including a real cider from local producer Sandringham Cider.
