STOKES SARAH JANE We would like to send our appreciation to all the people who helped us in the end-of-life care for our dear daughter Sarah, she chose to be with us for the last six weeks. We could not have done this without the help and support of our neighbours and friends, The Forest Surgery, District Nurses, St Nicholas Hospice Home Care Teams, the night nurses from West Suffolk Hospital and Mark Skinner Funeral Service. This bittersweet journey was made more bearable with the kind, loving and considerate care given by everyone. Thank you and God bless you all. Sheila and Dave McCall.
