Two human-sized Nutcracker soldiers were "marched off" by thieves from a Norfolk estate this week - and staff want them back.
The traditional toy soldiers were taken from the Elveden Estate courtyard on Tuesday evening and have yet to make a return.
According to general manager Denise, CCTV captured the moment a car pulled up outside and carted off the much-loved figures around 6.34pm - but it failed to capture the number plate.
"We're just really disappointed," she said.
"We've had the Nutcrackers for a few years and it's something people really look forward to.

"The soldiers are a great photo opportunity for kids and families and they add to the other festive decorations we put out at Christmas time.
"We just want them back."
Located in London Road, Thetford, the soldiers - one red and the other blue - stood guard at the entrance of the estate's farm shop and walled garden.
An appeal for witnesses or information was posted to its Facebook account yesterday and has since garnered nearly 400 shares.
Police have been informed and will be taking a statement from staff soon.
