Longham take over at the top after emphatic win

Longham are the new leaders of Division One of the Barnes Print Central & South Norfolk League on goal difference from Watton Reserves after a 4-0 win at Mulbarton Wanderers A.

Dereham Taverners are up to third following their 5-2 success at Attleborough Town A and Hethersett Athletic OB move into the top half of the table after netting five times without reply against Sporle.

Briston have gone three points clear at the top of Division Three after their 4-1 home win over Yaxham. Bridgham are up to second as a result of their 4-2 win at Dereham Taverners Reserves and Norwich Medics are up to third following their 3-0 win at Castle Acre Swifts Reserves.

UEA A took the points from an odd goal of three win at Hockering while Bar 33 and Rockland Reserves drew their local derby 2-2 while Tacolneston Reserves secured their first point of the season with the same result at Mundford Exiles.

Briston Reserves ran up the highest score of the day in their 9-2 win at Home Care.

THETFORD, champions of Eastern Counties League Division Two, ended their successful season with a dominant rugby performance, winning 41-0.

Thetford are promoted into Eastern Counties One, are Woodford's Junior Cup Champions and the Heathens' side are Norfolk Merit Table Champions, promoted into Merit Table One.
