It is thought that Roger Allen, 58, is driving a gold-coloured Mitsubishi Pajero, registration number J843 GAH.

He is described as white, 5ft 8in, of medium build, with brown, shaved hair. He sometimes wears glasses.

Enquiries are ongoing to find Mr Allen after officers received a call from a member of the public this afternoon (Monday), just before 1pm.

He is not thought to pose a danger to the public but people are advised to not approach him and call Norfolk Constabulary on 999.
