Police are continuing to search for a man missing from the Thetford area who had made threats to harm himself.

Officers were made aware of Roger Allen’s disappearance by a member of the public just before 1pm today (Monday).

It is thought the 58-year-old is driving a gold-coloured Mitsubishi Pajero with the registration number J843 GAH.

He is described as white, five foot eight inches tall, of medium build with brown, shaved hair. He is said to sometimes wear glasses.

Police officers have said he is not thought to pose a danger to members of the public but have advised people not to approach him. Anyone who believes they have seen Mr Allen should call Norfolk police on 999.
