Exercise Steppe Eagle took place at Stanta training ground near Thetford. British troops and forces from Kazakhstan, the US, Tajikistan and Kyrgystan are training to develop peacekeeping missions.

Troops from the UK, US, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan were pelted with potatoes in a mock riot as part of a training exercise.
