A young cyclist is following in her mother's tracks after scooping a top national cycling award.
It is 20 years since Heidi Davis pedalled to victory to become national cycle champion at the age of 16.

THETFORD first XI finally got their season underway with a more than comfortable 90 run win over fellow strugglers Kirkley and Lowestoft Railway.
The Kirkley captain won the toss and put the home side in to bat; which was evidently a very good toss to lose..

SAHAM Toney had an excellent 26-run win and claimed the maximum 25 points when Bradfield visited Pages Lane.
Batting first, Saham posted 228-5 off their 46 overs in a solid batting display..

The Stags were coming into the game on the back of three positive results so confidence was high for another against the inconsistent visitors..
